This Court has approved the Notice of Class Action.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A lawsuit has been certified as a class action by the Court in Rush vs. Greatbanc Trust Company, et al<\/em>; Case No. 1:19-cv-00738 (the \u201cClass Action\u201d) currently pending before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District.\u00a0 Bruce Rush, the named plaintiff in the action, brought the suit in a representative capacity on behalf of the Segerdahl Corporation Employee Stock Ownership Plan (the \u201cESOP\u201d) and on behalf of all similarly situated participants and beneficiaries of the ESOP against Defendants.<\/p>\n

On December 16, 2022, the Court issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order on summary judgment (available under Important Documents<\/a>). The Plaintiff and Class\u2019s claims that survived summary judgment will proceed to trial. The trial is set to begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. The trial will take place before Judge Andrea Wood in Courtroom 1925, at the Everett McKinley Dirksen United States Courthouse. The courthouse is located at 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604. The courthouse is open to the public, and class members and others are welcome and encouraged to attend the trial.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
